These terms govern reservations and services offered by Oum Palace Hotel & Spa.
Card payment
Payment for services may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard). Payment is secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) using SSL encryption. Your card details are transmitted directly to the secure CMI platform and are never stored on our servers. If payment fails, the reservation will not be confirmed. Any successful payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
